REGISTRATIONS FOR THE 2025 ASB MARKET DAY ARE NOW OPEN!

We don’t operate on a ‘first in first served’ basis, we select stalls to ensure great quality and lots of variety.

The ASB Market day will be held on Saturday 26th April 2025 from 10am-4pm, in Ramshaw Lane and the Ramshaw Lane carpark.

Sustainability is at the forefront of our festival, therefore the 2025 ASB Market Day will be single use cup and single use serveware free; compostable or recyclable packaging must be used when possible. We appreciate your cooperation!

Applications close on the 31st December 2024 at 5pm.

The event will be held on Ramshaw Lane and in the Ramshaw Lane carpark on Saturday 26th April 2025 from 10:00am to 4:00pm. The market and parade day attracts thousands of people to Arrowtown and is an excellent event to promote and sell your products. PLEASE NOTE: It is our intention to showcase locally made goods. All goods should be either produced in New Zealand, homemade, home crafted or home grown.

FEE:
Please do not make payment until we have advised that you have been allocated a stall, which will be done by January 31st. A non-refundable payment of $130.00 (incl. GST) will secure a 3m x 3m site. A double site will be $260 inc GST. The market day goes ahead rain or shine and payment is non-refundable. Because of the popularity of the market only single sites are available unless specifically approved by the Arrowtown Autumn Festival.

FOOD STALLS:
Food stalls must have the required registration. Please contact your local council. You will need to send us a copy of your registration as we are required to compile all information and send a copy to the QLDC prior to the market.

TRESTLE TABLE HIRE:
Trestle tables are available for hire at a cost of $16.10 (incl. GST) and will be available for you to pick up when you arrive on the morning of the market.

POWERED SITES:
We have a limited number of powered sites available for a charge of $25.00 (incl. GST).

STALL SET UP:
Stalls are to be set up by 9am. Setup from 6am. ALL VEHICLES MUST BE REMOVED FROM WITHIN THE MARKET AREA AND THE ROAD CLOSURE AREA BY 8AM AT THE LATEST.

END OF DAY:
NO VEHICLES MAY ENTER THE MARKET DAY AREA BEFORE 4PM. For health and safety reasons, vehicles must be accompanied by a volunteer in a high-vis vest to guide them when driving in the market area.
