The Arrowtown Autumn Festival attracts large numbers of locals and visitors to our beautiful town during one of the most colourful times of the year.
The festival is set to impress again this year with a wide range of great food, wine, arts, comedy, music and sporting events suited to people of all ages. This event is run by the community, for the community, to showcase our local talents as well as the historical and cultural aspects of our town.

The 2026 Market Day will take place on Saturday April 18th and is a great day out full of entertainment for the whole family.![]()

Old Red gets a day out! ![]()
A happy surprise for a local lass on her hen do - a jaunt around Arrowtown on the back of the truck she used to ride during the festival when she was younger. The rain didn’t stop them! ![]()
A huge thank you to all in the community who helped make this happen - The Fork And Tap Ale House Arrowtown. for helping us sort out the parking and keeping the party going for the group, the Lakes District Museum for the lend of costumes and Andy McRae from The Builders.co.nz Ltd who donned the costume and played the part of their dapper chauffeur. ![]()
